Kuntal Agency is located in G4 Block, right opposite the Anaj Mandi crossing in Mathurs. Being across from the grain market means our mornings start very early, usually before the sun is even up properly. There’s a lot of noise from the tractors and trucks bringing in the produce, and the crossing gets really jammed up with traffic. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage all the distribution work. We have people coming in to pick up supplies or check on their orders throughout the day. It’s a bit of a dusty place because of all the grain in the air from across the street, but we’re used to it. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with suppliers and making sure our inventory is stocked up. There’s no fancy furniture here, just practical stuff that can handle a bit of wear and tear. We’ve been in this block for a good while, so we know the other shopkeepers and the tea stall guy around the corner quite well. It’s a hard-working neighborhood and we just try to keep up with the pace. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just focus on getting the crates moved and making sure the records are straight at the end of the day. It is a lot of lifting and counting.
