If you ever drive down the Agra Delhi Bypass Road, you might have seen us. Vaccu Plast India Private Limited is right there in Kunj Nagar, directly in front of Nayati Hospital. Being on the bypass means we see a lot of trucks and heavy traffic going past all day and night. It’s a loud area, but you get used to the sound of the engines and horns after a few days. The factory space is where all the action happens. It’s a practical building made for hard work, not for looking pretty. We deal with plastics, so there is always a bit of a hum from the machinery and the smell of production in the air. Across the road, the hospital is always busy, which makes our side of the street feel a bit different. We have a crew that has been with us for years. We mostly just focus on hitting our daily numbers and making sure the machines are running like they should. It gets pretty hot in the summer, especially with the machinery going, but we just keep the fans on and keep moving. No one here is really into fancy titles or corporate talk. We just call each other by name and get the job done. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’re okay with that.
