We are based out of Bolpur in Birbhum, specifically in the Nichu Bandhgora area at Mathura Nandan Ghosh’s place. It is a different kind of pace here compared to the big cities, and we really value that. Our consultancy work happens in a space that feels more like a home than a cold office building. We spend our mornings going over client files and our afternoons talking through different strategies. There’s a lot of greenery around Bolpur, and sometimes we take our meetings outside just to get some fresh air. The office itself is full of books and stacks of paper that we swear we will organize one day. We have a small crew of local folks who know the area well and understand the needs of the people here. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation; we just want to do good work for the people who trust us. Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth because they know we’re just regular people who take our jobs seriously. There is usually the sound of a nearby bicycle bell or someone calling out in the street, which is just part of life in Nichu Bandhgora. We keep things simple, keep our promises, and try to make sure everyone who comes to us leaves feeling like they were heard. It’s a quiet life of service and we are quite content with that.
