JEET CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENTS is based out of Radhika Vihar. It’s not a huge industrial park, just a quiet spot where we keep our tools and machinery. We have a yard where the bigger equipment sits when it’s not out on a job site. It’s often a bit messy with bits of iron and grease, but we know where everything is. The office is just a small room at the front with a wooden desk and a few chairs for when people come to talk about rentals or repairs. We have been working in construction-related stuff for a long time. Most of us are more comfortable with a wrench than a computer. We don't bother with fancy brochures or marketing slogans. If someone needs a mixer or a lift, they usually hear about us from someone else in the trade. Radhika Vihar is a decent place to be located, though the roads could be better for the heavy trucks. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. There is always something that needs fixing or oiling. We don't have a big corporate structure, just a boss and a few guys who know how to handle the heavy stuff. It’s hard work and we come home tired every day. We don't make big promises, we just show up and let the equipment do the talking. The coffee here is terrible because we use the cheap instant stuff.
