Green Willow Public School Navada N.H 2 Mathura

Green Willow Public School is out here in Mathura, right along the N.H 2 in the Navada area. Being so close to the highway means there is a constant hum of trucks and cars passing by at all hours, but inside the school gates, it feels a bit different. We have some trees and a playground where the kids spend their time when they aren't in the classrooms. The school is a basic building that serves the local families who live around this part of Mathura. We don't have the big budgets of the fancy city schools, so we make do with what we have and keep things moving. Teachers here are often busy writing on chalkboards and keeping the students focused on their books. The dust from the road sometimes settles on the desks, so we are always cleaning up in the mornings. It’s a simple life for us. We have the usual school events, sports days, and exams that keep us busy throughout the year. Most of the staff comes in from the surrounding villages or the main part of Mathura city. During lunch breaks, the kids sit together outside if the sun isn't too strong or if there is a nice breeze. It’s a place where children come to learn the basics so they can hopefully have a good future ahead of them. We don't try to be something we are not. We are just a local school trying to provide an education to the kids in this neighborhood.
