Our setup is out at Bhukhand Number 67 in Shri Baldau Town. It’s in the Villagemauja Baad area. It’s a bit away from the main city noise which is actually quite nice for us. We handle kitchen services for different places. This means a lot of logistics and moving things around. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get things done. Most of us here come from the local area. We don't have fancy titles or big offices. We just show up and start working on whatever project is on the list for that day. Shri Baldau Town is growing slowly, so we see new faces every now and then. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out or use a generator, but that's just part of being out here. We manage a lot of kitchen equipment and supplies for others. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a tie or look polished. You usually end up with some flour or grease on your shirt by noon. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know what we do. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just provide the services people need for their kitchens to run smoothly. It’s honest work and it pays the bills for our families. We mostly communicate by shouting across the room or using old phones. It works for us.
