Shivangi Industries Food Div.

We are over here at Gaur Kendra, right along the Delhi Bye Pass. It stays pretty loud with all the trucks going past, but we got used to it a long time ago. This part of Shivangi Industries handles the food side of things. It is just a regular building where we spend most of our daylight hours getting things ready. Sometimes the dust from the road gets old, but that is how it goes when you are situated near the highway. We have a few machines running and some folks who have been working here since the start. It isn't a fancy office with big chairs or anything like that. Mostly, it is just us making sure the bags are filled and the boxes are stacked up right before the transport comes to pick them up in the evening. There is a small tea stall nearby where we go when the heat gets to be a bit much. It is a simple operation. We don't have a giant team, just enough people to keep the line moving without too many hiccups. If you find yourself driving down the bye pass, you might see our sign near the turn. We try to keep the place tidy but with food processing, there is always something to clean or a spill to mop up. It is just everyday work for us, nothing more and nothing less. We keep our heads down and get the job done.
