New Delhi. Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate. Block B1, Plot No. B2. 2nd Floor. This is an industrial area so there are lots of warehouses and factories around us. It’s not the most beautiful part of Delhi but it’s very practical. We are on the second floor of this building. There is no lift, so we get our exercise every day going up and down the stairs. The office is quite large compared to some others, but it’s mostly filled with boxes and old furniture. We have a few rows of desks where we sit. The windows look out over the street which is always full of trucks loading and unloading things. It’s noisy and there is always a lot of dust in the air. We have a small pantry where we make our own lunch sometimes. Most of us take the Metro to get here since parking is a nightmare in this part of town. We are just regular people doing our jobs. There’s no fancy lobby or a person at a front desk to greet you. You just walk in and find us working. We’ve been here for a couple of years and we know the other people in the building. It’s a hardworking atmosphere. We don't spend much on decorations because we’d rather just focus on the actual work we have to do. The days are long but we get through the pile of tasks together.
