We are located over at Plot H-28 in the Rasipuram area, quite close to the Mathura Refinery Nagar. If you know the post office in Aurangabad, we aren't too far from there. The shop is usually humming with the sound of grinders and welding sets. It’s a busy part of the industrial zone, and the air always has that smell of cut metal and industrial exhaust. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of people; we are just a small group that knows how to handle engineering tools. Most days start with a quick check of what needs to be cut or joined. The workspace isn't exactly tidy, but we know where every single wrench and bolt is kept. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but we get back to it as soon as things are running. Being near the refinery means there is always something going on nearby. It’s a practical place to work. We don't spend money on fancy signs or air-conditioned offices because the work happens out on the floor. People find us because they need something made or fixed properly. We just focus on the task in front of us. Some days are long, especially when the weather is hot, but we’ve got used to the pace here in Rasipuram. We just try to do honest work without making a big fuss about it. It’s been our routine for years now. We just make sure the job gets done right before we lock up the gates and go home to our families.
