We run our business out of Flat No. 302 in the Govind Apartments, which is situated in the Jagannath Puri Colony area of Mathura. It is a bit of a different setup since we are in an apartment building rather than a big warehouse. Being right behind the Sri Krishna Jnam Bhumi makes the location very recognizable for anyone coming to visit us. We deal with steel, or ispat as people call it, though most of the actual heavy material is kept elsewhere since you can't really fit tons of steel in an apartment. This is where we handle all the paperwork, the orders, and the phone calls. Mathura is a busy place, especially with all the people visiting the temple nearby, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Our office inside the flat is pretty simple—just some desks, computers, and a lot of files. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and trying to figure out the logistics of moving metal from one place to another across Uttar Pradesh. It can get a bit hectic when several orders come in at once, but we manage to keep things organized. We have been operating from this colony for a while now. It feels more like a home office than a big company headquarters, which suits us just fine. We just focus on the trade and making sure the numbers add up at the end of every single month.
