Birla Sun Life

Our location is a bit different because we are out in Vil Sher Nagar, which falls under the Roop Nagar post office in Mathura district. It is a rural setting, so things move at a much slower pace compared to the big cities. We work out of a small building that serves the local village community. Most of the people who come to see us at Birla Sun Life are farmers or small business owners from around here. We don't have any fancy glass windows or air conditioning; it's just a basic room with some sturdy tables and chairs. We spend a lot of our time explaining things in simple terms because the paperwork can be quite confusing for some. The view outside is mostly fields and the occasional tractor going by. It’s quiet, except for the birds and the local talk. We keep all our files in big metal cupboards to protect them from the dust. Since we are in the village, everyone knows everyone else, so it feels very personal when someone walks in. We have to be careful with the electricity because it comes and goes, but we have our ways of managing. It’s just us here, helping the local people with their insurance needs in a very straightforward and honest way without any fuss. We take our time to make sure every form is filled out correctly before the day ends.
