Our business is situated at Agrasen Chowk, right across from Bada Takia on Masani Road. We are actually right next to S. K. Jari Wala, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The area around the chowk is always bustling with activity and there is usually a lot of noise from the street. Our building is a simple one and we use it mostly for storage and handling our daily business tasks. It isn't a showroom with shiny floors or anything. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our inventory and do our paperwork at a couple of old wooden desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to suppliers who come by to drop off goods. The floor is concrete and the walls are painted a plain color that has seen better days. We don’t mind it though because it’s a good place to work. In the afternoons we might have a cup of tea and watch the chaos of the Masani Road traffic from the doorway. It’s a steady kind of life and we have been operating out of this spot for a long time. People in the neighborhood know us by name and we know most of them too. It’s just a straightforward operation and we keep things moving as best as we can.
