M/S Rajesh Barman & Co. can be found in the village of Sonapur. We are very close to the Mathura Tea Garden, which is a big landmark in this part of the Alipurduar district. You can actually see the rows of tea bushes from just down the road. Our office is a small, one-story building that sits near the edge of the village. It is a quiet spot, and the air is much fresher here than in the big towns. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes to talk about the day's work. The office inside is a bit cluttered with boxes and old files, but we know where everything is. Being near the tea garden means we see a lot of the workers going back and forth on their cycles. It gives the place a nice, steady rhythm. We don't have any staff in fancy suits. Most of us just wear regular clothes and boots because the ground gets muddy. Rajesh Barman is usually around somewhere, either in the back or out talking to someone in the village. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how people find us in Sonapur. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
