Hotel Panorama

You can find us at 178 Kasturba Road. We are very close to the railway station and the main bazaar area. It’s a very central location which means there is always someone coming or going. People who just got off a train often stop by because they are tired and want something close by. The bazaar is also right there, so it stays busy with shoppers most of the day. Hotel Panorama is an older establishment. We haven't changed much over the years because we like things the way they are. The building shows its age a little bit, but it has a sort of character you don't find in the new glass buildings. It is a bit of a walk from the station platform, but not too far. We see a lot of travelers and businessmen who are just in town for a day or two. The rooms and the dining area are kept simple and functional. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy descriptions for us. It is just a place to stay or eat while you are in this part of town. The staff knows the area well, so they can usually tell you where to catch a bus or find a specific shop in the bazaar. It gets a bit loud with the trains nearby, but most people get used to it pretty quick. We just focus on getting the daily chores done and making sure guests have what they need.
