New Swasti Store

We have been here on M G Road in the Main Market of Diphu for a good while now. Our spot is right near the State Bank of India, which makes it easy for folks to find us when they are out doing their errands. Usually, the mornings start early. We sweep the front and get things ready before the market gets too crowded. It is a busy street, especially on market days, and there is always something going on outside. Mostly, we just keep to ourselves and focus on keeping the shelves stocked with what people need. Most of our neighbors have known us for years. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes things a bit slow. When that happens, we just keep the doors open and wait for the next person to walk in. It is not a very big place, just a simple shop where we handle everything ourselves. Doing fancy stuff isn't really our thing. If you are walking down from the bank side, you will see our sign. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic passing by, but that is just how it is in this part of town. A lot of time is spent just chatting with the regulars who stop by to say hello. It is a quiet life in a loud market, but we like it here in Diphu. We try to be helpful when someone asks a question, even if we don't have all the answers. It’s a bit messy at times, but it’s home.
