Ramesh Hotel Resort is at Hno 97 A Patnem Canacona Goa. It’s a pretty laid back spot compared to the bigger cities. We spend our time making sure the rooms are ready and the grounds are kept up. Living and working in Goa means things move a bit slower. Sometimes the humidity gets to you or the rain stays for days. We try to keep the place tidy but sand always finds its way in somehow. It is just part of being near the coast. We aren't a five-star luxury chain with a million rules. We are just a local place where people come to stay for a bit. The building has been here for years. We do the repairs ourselves when we can. Sometimes a pipe leaks or a light bulb goes out and we just fix it. The garden needs a lot of water in the summer heat. We sit out on the porch when the sun goes down. It’s not fancy, just a few rooms and a bit of space to breathe. We get people from all over who just want to be near Patnem. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most of the time it is just us checking people in and making sure they have what they need. It’s a simple life out here in Canacona and we just take it one day at a time.
