M/S. N.D. Naik (Tata Delarship)

We're based at the Akshadeep Co-Operative Housing Society on Agalli Road in Margao. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but most people just know us as the Tata dealership nearby. We've got our setup here at F-3 Fatorda. Dealing with cars is what we know best. Whether it’s someone looking for a new truck or just getting their old car serviced, we’re the ones they see. The shop floor is usually a bit greasy and loud with the sound of tools, but that’s how it should be. We’ve been part of the M/S. Bhat Enterprises group for a while. It’s a local business through and through. We aren't salesmen who wear those stiff suits; we’re more comfortable in our work shirts getting our hands dirty. The Margao-Goa area is our home and we see the same faces coming back year after year. It’s nice to have that kind of connection with the neighbors. We try to give people a fair deal and explain things in a way that makes sense. If a part is going to take a week to arrive, we’ll tell you straight. No use lying about it. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just want to make sure people's vehicles are running right so they can get on with their day. Simple as that, really. We just keep our heads down and do the work right.
