Lethee

Our office is in the Silver Star Apartment on Vv Road, tucked right behind the Pacheco Building. It’s a bit unusual to be in an apartment building, but it works well for us because it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main street. You have to go past the main entrance of the other building to find us, which sometimes confuses the delivery drivers. The space is basically a converted living area where we have set up our workstations and some storage for our things. It feels a bit more like a home than a business sometimes, especially when we are sitting around the table having lunch. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know they are in the right place. The light comes in through the balcony windows in the morning, which makes it a nice place to sit and work on designs or go through emails. It’s mostly just a few of us here, so it never gets too loud unless we are all talking at once. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes we can hear the neighbors going about their day. It is a simple, relaxed environment where we can focus on what we are doing without the usual office stress. We like being in this part of town and it’s a comfortable spot for our small team.
