I run my electrical business out of House No 380/F2. It’s situated in Shanti Nagar, specifically in the Ravan Fond area. The shop is basically a part of the house that I’ve filled with all sorts of electrical supplies. If you walk in, you’ll see rolls of wire, stacks of switches, and various tools all over the place. It’s a bit of a mess, but I know exactly where every single item is kept. Shanti Nagar is a busy neighborhood with a lot of families. I’ve lived here for most of my life, so many of the people who come in are actually my neighbors. They stop by when a light fixture breaks or when they’re building a new room and need the wiring done. I have a couple of guys who help me out with the bigger jobs. We usually start our day pretty early, around eight, to beat the heat. The Ravan Fond area can get really crowded in the afternoons, especially with the local traffic. We don't have a big sign with bright lights or anything. Just the name of the shop painted on the wall. I don’t believe in spending much on marketing. If you do a good job, people will tell their cousins and friends, and that’s how I’ve kept busy all these years. It’s hard work, and my clothes are usually covered in dust or grease by noon. But it’s what I know how to do. We just keep things honest and local here.
