Apm Plast

Apm Plast is located over at A-42 B/2, B/3, and B/4 in the Aurangabad Co-operative Industrial Estate. We are right near the railway station, so you can always hear the trains passing by throughout the shift. Being in the MIDC area means there is always something going on around us. We have several units here where we keep our machinery and raw materials. It’s a lot of space to manage, and keeping it clean is a never-ending task. The floors are usually covered in small bits of plastic and the smell of the machines is something you just live with. We have a group of workers who have been with us for a long time, and we all know how the machines have their own little quirks. Sometimes a fuse blows or a belt snaps, and we all have to stop and fix it together. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a fancy reception area for visitors. Usually, people just walk into the main unit and look for someone who isn't covered in dust. We eat our lunch in the shade outside when the weather is nice. It’s hard work, and the hours can be long when we have a big order to finish. We don't do any big promotions or anything like that. The work mostly comes from people who have been buying from us for years. We just keep our heads down and do the daily production.
