Our spot is located in the Karaswada industrial area, specifically at the Tivim Industrial Estate in Bardez. We operate out of a space called Indravati Sadan, which is part of the larger industrial layout. If you drive past the junction, you’ll see plenty of trucks and workers moving around. It’s not a place for sightseeing; it’s where stuff actually gets made. We handle things for the pharmaceutical side of the business here. Inside, it’s all about boxes, labels, and making sure the supplies are moving the right way. Sushant R. Harmalkar is the one who keeps things organized on the ground. The building itself is plain and functional, much like everything else in this estate. It gets quite noisy with the machines and the traffic outside. The heat can be a bit much in the middle of the day, especially when the humidity picks up. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big reception area. It’s just desks, storage, and people in lab coats or uniforms doing their jobs. Being in North Goa, we are away from the tourist spots, which suits us just fine. Most of us live nearby and have been working in this sector for a while. We follow the schedules and try to keep everything running without any major hiccups. It’s just a regular part of the local industry here in Bardez, making sure medicines get where they need to go.
