Our location is in Patti Mehar at House Number 16/94, on Gali Bhatte Wali in Baraut, which is in the Baghpat district. It is a very specific spot in a busy neighborhood. The street name, Gali Bhatte Wali, comes from the old kilns that used to be around here. Now it is mostly houses and small workshops. We are an LLP, so it is a partnership where we all pitch in to get the work done. Our focus is on exports, and we spend most of our time dealing with the various requirements for sending goods abroad. The office is inside a residential building, so it feels very much like a home. We have a couple of rooms set up with computers and printers. It is often quite loud outside with kids playing and people going about their daily business. We like being part of the local community here in Baraut. It is not a place with big glass buildings, just brick and mortar houses. We do a lot of our communication through mobile phones and WhatsApp because it is faster for us. Sometimes the electricity is a bit unreliable, so we have to plan our work around the power cuts. We just try to keep things moving and make sure our orders are handled correctly. It is a lot of tracking numbers and talking to agents. We just take it one step at a time every day and stay busy.
