Our office is at 31, Narayannivas in Chirabazaar, which is a busy part of Mumbai. If you know the area, you know it is always crowded and there is a lot going on in the streets. We work in media, so there are always papers and files everywhere on our desks. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to the noise by now. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The building has that old Mumbai feel to it, with narrow stairs and high ceilings. We just come in every morning and start on whatever needs to be finished. It is a lot of coordination and talking to different people across the city. We don't have any big meetings or fancy presentations here. It’s mostly just us trying to keep up with the daily news cycle and making sure everything is printed right. People in the neighborhood know us as the media folks. Sometimes someone will pop in just to say hello or ask a question. We don't mind. It’s a very local way of doing things. We handle our business without making a big fuss about it. The office is functional and that is all we really need. Every day is a bit different, but the location stays the same. We just keep moving forward with the work we have on our plates. It is a simple life for everyone working here.
