Gopi Ras Centre

If you are looking for Gopi Ras Centre, we are in Village Samau. We are right near the Hanumanpura Prathmik School in the Taluka Mansa area. It is a very local spot, mostly surrounded by houses and the school. You can hear the kids playing during their breaks, which is a nice sound to have in the background while we work. We mostly deal with ras here, and it’s a lot of manual work. We have the sugarcane and the machines and we just keep them running. The floor usually stays a bit wet because that is just the nature of the business. We don't have a big shop, just a corner where we can set up and serve people. Village Samau is a quiet place for the most part, except for when school lets out. We know most of the families around here since we are right by the Hanumanpura Prathmik School. Our setup is pretty simple, with some benches for people to sit on if they want. We spend a lot of time cleaning the machines and making sure the stalks are fresh. It isn't a fancy cafe, just a local ras centre in Mansa. We don't have any big plans, we just want to keep the machine running and the cups full for whoever comes by. Sometimes the machine breaks down and we spend the afternoon fixing it, but usually, it works just fine for what we need.
