About Baba Jai Ram Industries – Agriculture & Farming in Mansa
If you go behind the PNB Bank on Water Works Road, you’ll find us. We are at No.223/23. It’s a bit tucked away, but everyone around here knows the spot. Baba Jai Ram Industries isn’t a huge factory, just a solid place where we get things done. We handle a lot of different things, mostly focused on processing and getting products ready for sale. The yard is usually full of stacked pallets and empty crates. It’s not the prettiest building, just brick and some old iron gates, but it serves its purpose well. My brother and I run the daily operations ourselves. We don't have a receptionist; if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. We do our own loading most of the time. It keeps us moving. The neighborhood is mostly other small shops and houses, so we try not to make too much noise late at night. We’ve had some tough years with the economy, but we stay open. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just regular workers. We show up at eight, check the power, and start the day. Sometimes we have tea with the bank guards from next door. It’s a friendly enough place. We just want to keep the machines humming and the orders moving out the door. That’s the goal every morning. We like the work even when it is hard and the days are long.
