Baba Bidhi Chand Agro Industries Private Limited

We started Baba Bidhi Chand Agro Industries Private Limited right here at House No. 640 in Village Sangha. It’s in the Sardulgarh area of Mansa, out in Punjab. The house has been in the family for ages, so it felt like the right place to set up the business. We have a small shop area where we handle all the daily chores and tasks. Most of our neighbors know where we are, so they just walk over if they need anything or have a question. We don't have a big corporate structure or any fancy titles for ourselves. I’m usually the one answering the phone or fixing the front gate while someone else handles the bank work. It can get pretty hectic during the sowing season, and we’re often working until it’s completely dark outside. We don't really have a mission statement or any of those things you see on big company websites. We just want to get through the day, do a good job, and make sure everything is sorted for the next morning. Sometimes the internet is slow in the village, which makes the filing take much longer than it should, but we manage to get it done. Living and working in the same place means we never really leave the job, but we like it that way. It keeps us close to the ground and the people we serve. We’re just local people doing our work.
