Our office is at 21/3 Kamal Nagar, which is directly opposite Dr. Sekar Clinic. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows where the clinic is. We do advertising work, which mostly means we are surrounded by rolls of vinyl, cans of paint, and big printing machines. There is usually a bit of a chemical smell from the ink, but we don't notice it much anymore after working here so long. The front window has some of our old projects stuck to it, and they’ve faded a bit over time. We aren't some big agency with people in ties; it’s just us in our regular clothes trying to get the signs finished on time. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, and you can see our lights on long after the clinic across the street has closed up for the night. The floor is often covered in scraps of paper and sticky tape. We have a small computer desk in the corner where we try to figure out the designs, but most of the real work happens on the large table in the middle of the room. It’s a bit chaotic, and things can get stressful when a machine jams, but we manage to get things out the door. It’s just a local business doing what we can in Kamal Nagar. We have been here for years and know all the neighbors.
