We have been working out of Santhi Nagar for a while now. Sreevatsa Real Estate (P) Ltd. is basically just us handling property matters around Malapuram. K.N. Rajendraprasad runs things here at the Vaikundam office. It is a quiet spot in Thenhipalam. Most days we are just dealing with paperwork or looking at plots nearby. People know where to find us if they need help with land. We keep things pretty straightforward. There is a lot of change happening in this part of Kerala, so there is always something to do. We don't have a big fancy setup, just the office and the local knowledge we've picked up over the years. Some days are busier than others. We handle the usual real estate stuff you'd expect in this district. If you drive through Santhi Nagar, you'll see where we sit. It’s not a complicated operation. We just focus on the work that comes in. Sometimes it's about buying, sometimes selling, or just checking on documents for folks. Being in a place like Thenhipalam means you know most of the neighbors. We try to be helpful when people walk in with questions about the area.
