Our shop is located near the Post Office in Manjeri. We are part of the Eranad Tehsil in the Malappuram district. It’s a local spot where people stop by while they’re out doing their daily errands. We handle a lot of different printing tasks, from small sheets to bigger projects. The humidity here in Malappuram can be tough on the paper, so we have to be careful how we store things. We have a few old machines that we’ve learned to fix ourselves when they get temperamental. Print Pro isn't a big high-tech lab; it’s just a room with printers, some cutting tables, and a lot of scrap paper in the bins. We know most of the people who walk through the door because they live right nearby. Sometimes we sit out front when it’s slow and watch the traffic go by toward the post office. The sound of the printers is the main thing you hear when you step inside. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve grown to like over the years. We don't use any complicated systems to track things, just a notebook and some pens. If a customer is in a hurry, we try to move a bit faster, but usually, things happen at a regular pace here. We've been in this part of Manjeri for a long time and the walls are covered with old samples and calendars. It feels like home to us, even with all the noise and the mess.
