Design Art & Culture

You can find us at P P Tower, right above the Blue Dart office at the Thurakkal Byepass Junction. It is a busy spot in Manjeri. We named the place Design Art & Culture because those are the things we actually care about. We are not a big corporation with branches everywhere. We are just here in Malappuram, trying to make things look a bit better. Sometimes we are hunched over desks for hours. The traffic outside at the junction can get pretty loud, but we get used to it. We handle a lot of different design tasks. People come in with an idea, and we try to put it on paper or on the screen. It is not always easy to explain what makes a design good, so we just show them. We do not use a lot of fancy talk. We just show what works. Being above the courier shop means there are always people coming and going downstairs. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. We have been in this office for a bit now, and the walls are covered with bits of projects we have finished. Some people want traditional looks, while others want something new. We just try to listen and then draw. It is a bit messy sometimes, with coffee cups and pencils all over, but that is how we work. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to do good design for Manjeri.
