D3 Architecture Co.

We are based out of Kottakkal in Malappuram, specifically near the Parambilangadi area. D3 Architecture Co. has been operating from this spot for a while, and it feels like home to us now. The office is a simple setup where we spend most of our hours sketching things out and arguing over where a wall should go. It’s a local operation, so we know the area well and see a lot of familiar people walking by. Our desks are usually piled high with site reports and half-finished drawings. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly filed away; we tend to leave things where we last used them. We do a lot of driving around Malappuram to see how projects are coming along, which takes up a good chunk of the afternoon. When we're back in the office, it's usually about getting the paperwork sorted and making sure the dimensions are right. It’s often quite warm here, so the fan is always going. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Most people just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our name on a board at a building site. We just focus on the drawings and making sure things are sturdy and correct. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit stressful when the rains start and things slow down. We just keep working until the job is done properly and the files can finally be put away.
