D Nest Homes

Our office for D Nest Homes is over at the Mashreeq Trade Centre on Calicut Road. We are up on the second floor. Perintalmanna is a pretty active place, and being on the main road means we see a lot of what's going on in this part of Malappuram. We handle a lot of home-related projects here. The office isn't huge, but it's enough space for us to lay out our plans and meet with people. We've been in the 679322 area for a bit now, so we know the local landscape pretty well. Usually, we start the day by catching up on messages and then diving into the technical side of the home designs. It's not always exciting, mostly just making sure the numbers add up and the layouts make sense for the space available. We don't really do the big sales pitches. People just come in because they heard about us or saw our sign while driving down Calicut Road. We spend a fair amount of time discussing materials and how things will actually look once the builders get started. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we just open the windows and keep working. It's a straightforward business and we try to treat every project with the same level of attention, whether it's a small renovation or something bigger. We just like building things that work for people and getting through the daily list of chores.
