Bharat Electrical & Refrigeration

Our shop is located at number 6 in Town Manglour, right in the Mohalla Kila area. We are very close to the police chowki, which makes it easy for people to find us. We have been working in this part of Roorkee for a long time. The shop is mostly dedicated to fixing electrical appliances and refrigerators. If you walk in, you’ll see old fridges lined up and copper wire everywhere. It isn't a clean or polished environment. It’s a working repair shop. We get a lot of walk-in customers from the local neighborhood. Sometimes we have to go out on calls to people's houses because a refrigerator is just too heavy for them to bring here. It gets really busy during the summer months when everyone’s cooling units start failing at the same time. We don't have any big advertisements or a sales team. We just rely on the fact that people know we've been here for years. The noise from the street is constant, but we are used to it by now. We use a lot of old-fashioned tools and keep our records in a thick ledger book. It’s hard work and our hands are usually dirty from grease or dust. We don't have a mission statement or any corporate goals. We just try to get the machines working again so people can go back to their daily lives. It’s just a local business doing what it knows best in Haridwar.
