Shefali Exports

We operate out of the first floor of the V.G.S. Building, at number 2, over in the Ladyhill area. We’re an export business, which basically means we spend our whole day on the phone or the computer tracking shipments. We handle a mix of different goods, whatever our clients need to move across the borders. The office is usually full of files and samples of things we’re trying to ship out. It can get pretty hectic when a vessel is leaving and the paperwork isn’t finished yet. We’ve had our fair share of customs headaches over the years, but you learn how to handle those things after a while. Ladyhill is a nice enough place to work, and we’re close to everything we need. It’s a small team here, so if someone is out sick, everyone else has to jump in and cover. We don't have any fancy titles or corporate ladders to climb. We just make sure the containers get loaded and the documents get signed. Sometimes the time zones make things difficult, and we end up staying late to talk to someone on the other side of the world. It’s just how the export business works. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we’re just making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s honest work that keeps us on our toes every single day.
