Sera Clinic

We are located on the first floor of the Shalimar Complex right here in Kankanady. It’s a busy spot in Mangalore, and honestly, sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but we’ve been here for a good while now. The clinic isn't one of those big, fancy places with glass walls and shiny floors. It’s just a practical space where we see people who live nearby or work in the shops downstairs. Most mornings start with unlocking the door around nine, checking the light switches, and getting the register ready. We have a few chairs in the waiting area that have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. People come in with all sorts of regular problems, and we try to get to everyone as they arrive. There isn’t a complicated system; you just walk up the stairs and let us know you’re here. Sometimes it’s quiet, and we can actually hear the rain on the windows, but usually, it’s just the sound of the city coming in through the vents. We know many of our visitors by their first names because they’ve been coming to this part of Mangalore forever. It’s a local place, run by people who live around here too. We don't spend much time on decorations or fancy flyers. We just focus on keeping the place tidy and being available when the doors are open for the neighborhood.
