Quality Spice & Pulses

Our place is on the first floor of Behar Complex, right there on Azizuddin Road. If you know the Bunder area, you know it’s always crowded and loud with all the trade going on. Quality Spice & Pulses has been operating from this spot for a good bit of time. The stairs leading up to our unit are a bit narrow, and we are constantly moving bags of goods up and down. You can smell the spices before you even reach the door. It’s a strong scent that sticks to your clothes by the end of the shift. We deal with various pulses and spices, mostly just getting them sorted and sent out. The complex itself is quite old and has that specific atmosphere of a busy marketplace. There’s always someone shouting outside or a cart being pushed past. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just shelves and bags and a small space where we keep the books. Sometimes the dust from the grains gets everywhere, so we are always sweeping. It’s a simple operation. We know the neighbors in the other units, and we all just try to get our work done. The heat in the afternoon can be a bit much, but we have a few fans going. It’s just how it is working in Bunder. We stay busy with the orders coming in and out.
