P R Shetty Associates is located on the second floor of the Kunil Complex in the Bendoorwell area. It is a busy part of Mangalore with a lot of shops and traffic nearby. We have been in this office for several years now. The space is filled with desks, computers, and many rows of files. We handle various professional tasks, mainly focused on helping people with their business and financial paperwork. It is a very practical office environment without any unnecessary frills. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. People usually just walk in and talk to whoever is available. The climb up to the second floor is not too bad, and there is a lift if you need it. We like being in Bendoorwell because it is a very convenient location for most of our clients to visit. We do not use any marketing speak or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people doing a specific job. Most of our work comes from regular clients who have been with us for a long time. We do not do any promotional activities or have a big presence online. We just focus on the folders on our desks and the people who walk through the door. It is a simple way of working that has served us well over the years. We just keep things moving along.
