One Step

Our place is at 408, Sultan Market, right near Ameer Ahmed Circle. It’s easy to find if you know Bh Road. One Step started because we saw people needing things in this part of town. It’s a busy spot, and the market is always full of life. We deal with whatever customers need when they walk in. Sometimes it’s busy, and sometimes we’re just sitting here waiting for the next person. The stairs up to the shop are a bit steep, but people don’t seem to mind much. We aren't a huge corporation, just a local business trying to make things work every day. The heat can be tough in the afternoons, so we keep the fan going high. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most of our regulars are from around the circle. It’s nice seeing familiar faces every morning when we open. We don’t do big ads or anything like that. People just hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It feels more natural that way. We keep the shop organized, but it can get cluttered when a new shipment arrives. That’s just part of the job. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can actually do. It’s a simple way to run a business. We aren't trying to change the world, just helping out the folks who come through Sultan Market. We usually stay open until the market starts to quiet down in the evening.
