Novelty Chemical Agency is located right in the middle of the bustle at Gokul Market. If you know K S Rao Road, you know how crowded it gets around here, especially with the Hotel Poonja International being so close. Our shop at No. 21/84 is tucked into the market area where there's always something happening. We’ve been operating out of Hampankatta for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, it's mostly shelves stacked with containers and boxes of all sizes. It’s not the most organized looking place if you’re used to big showrooms, but we know exactly where everything is kept. The staff here has been with us for a while, so we all just get on with it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by the market. Dealing with chemicals means we have to be careful with how things are stored and moved. The traffic outside can be a real headache when deliveries arrive, but we manage to find a spot for the tempo. It’s noisy and dusty most days, but that’s part of being in a prime market spot like this. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or big meetings. We just open up in the morning, handle the inventory, and make sure the customers get what they came for before we close up for the evening. It’s just regular work for us and the people who visit our shop.
