Our office is in the Karunakar Complex, right across from Gujjarkere in Jeppu. It’s a well-known spot in Mangalore. Mohtisham Cmplexes Pvt Limited has its roots here. The building is older, but it has character. We spend most of our time here managing different projects and keeping things on track. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people. The view of Gujjarkere is nice when we have a moment to look out the window. Mangalore is a beautiful place to work, especially in this part of town. We don’t have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just a group of us who have been working together for a long time. We know the 575001 area like the back of our hand. If you come to visit, you’ll probably find us with piles of papers on our desks. We aren't the most organized-looking bunch, but we know where everything is. We don't use scripted lines when we talk to our clients. We just talk to them like neighbors. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do stay busy. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking over plans. It’s a solid way to make a living. We’ve been in the Karunakar Complex for quite some time and most people know us by now. We focus on the work and let everything else take care of itself.
