Mercy Crane Services

You can find us over at Vishnu Krupa Building, which is right on NH 66 in Kulai. We are No. 3/123, directly across from the Syndicate Bank. It’s a handy landmark because people always get lost on the highway. Being right on the main road means there is a lot of traffic noise, but it makes it easier for us to get the cranes out when someone calls. Mercy Crane Services has been at this location for a bit. The building itself is pretty standard, nothing too fancy to look at. We keep the equipment parked where we can and the office is just a place to keep the logbooks and take phone calls. Usually, there’s a bit of sand or dirt on the floor because we’re always coming in from outside jobs. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us and the machines. Sometimes the phone rings at odd hours and one of us has to head out. Working opposite a bank is funny because you see people dressed up for their business while we’re usually in boots and work clothes. Kulai is a decent spot for us because we can head north or south on the highway without much fuss. We just do the work that comes in and try to keep the cranes in good shape so they don't break down when we need them. Sometimes the rain gets really heavy and we just wait it out inside.
