Mariyam Multi Speciality Dental Clinic

Our clinic, Mariyam Multi Speciality Dental Clinic, is in the Athikri Complex. We are right opposite to the post office in Surathkal, so it's a pretty easy landmark to find. If you’re at the post office, you just look across and there we are. Inside the complex, it’s mostly offices and us. We have the dental chairs set up in the back rooms. It’s a multi-speciality place, so we do more than just the basics, but it still feels like a small shop. The waiting room has some old magazines and a water cooler that sometimes leaks a little on the floor. We try to keep it mopped up. The dentists here are local people. We have a receptionist who handles the phone and the appointments, though she’s often busy chatting with the regulars. Surathkal is a nice area, and being in Athikri Complex puts us right in the middle of things. We see a lot of people coming in after they finish their business at the post office. The lighting in the hallway is a bit dim, but once you get inside the clinic, it’s bright enough to see what’s going on with people's teeth. We don't use much fancy tech for the front desk, just a computer and a lot of paper notes. It’s worked for us this long, so we keep doing it that way. If you need a tooth looked at, we are usually around during normal hours.
