You can find us at Door No. 8-4-338 in the A-1 Building. We are right in the Kudroli area. It’s an old part of town and the streets are narrow. When we are grinding the chilies or the turmeric, you can smell it from down the block. It makes everyone sneeze sometimes. We use some old machines that have been with us for a long time. They make a rhythmic thumping sound that I’ve grown used to. My hands are almost always stained yellow from the spice dust. We don't have a big storefront with glass windows. It's more of a workspace where we get things done. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. Spice dust gets everywhere, no matter how much you sweep. I usually have a cup of tea in the afternoon and look out at the building across from us. There's always someone moving around. We don't spend money on ads or anything like that. We just focus on the bags we have to fill today. The orders come in and we pack them up for the local vendors. It’s what my family has done for a bit, and I just kept it going. It’s loud and dusty, but it’s our daily routine. We don't need things to be fancy to get the work done.
