Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College Hospital

This hospital is part of the college over here in Ashok Nagar, right by the Mariguda Temple. We're based in the KECT Tower. It’s a busy spot with students and patients coming and going all the time. We focus on ayurveda here, so there’s always the smell of oils and herbs in the hallways. It’s a bit different from a regular clinic since we have the teaching side of things happening too. People from around Hoigebail come in for various treatments. The building is easy to spot once you get near the temple. We have different rooms for the different types of therapies we do. Sometimes it gets a little noisy with the traffic outside, but inside we try to keep things moving along. It’s a practical setup. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel; we just want to provide the treatments people are looking for. The staff is usually busy recording things or helping patients find their way around the tower. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized with the college and the hospital side by side. We've been in this part of Ashok Nagar for a while now and most people know us as the place near the temple. It is a big building but we try to keep it feeling friendly for everyone who walks in. We just handle the daily work of seeing patients and teaching the next group.
