Isha Knee & Shoulder Clinic

Isha Knee & Shoulder Clinic is up on the first floor of Tej Towers. We are located right at Jyothi Circle in the Balmatta area of Mangalore, 575001. If you look across the road, you’ll see the old Jyothi Talkies. It’s a very central spot in the city, and the circle is always full of traffic and people walking by. Being on the first floor, we get a bit of a view of the chaos outside, but it’s relatively calm inside. We focus on joints, specifically knees and shoulders, because that’s what we do. The building, Tej Towers, is easy enough to spot once you’re at the circle. We’ve been here for a while and the location is convenient for most people. There’s no big corporate vibe here; it’s just a clinic where the doctors and nurses go about their daily tasks. We don’t have a lot of fancy brochures or anything. People usually find us because they have a specific problem with their knee or shoulder and heard we were here in Balmatta. The waiting area is just a few chairs and some old magazines. It’s a local place through and through. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the regulars who walk past the circle every morning. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. We try to keep things simple for everyone who walks through the door.
