Ideal Icecream

We are located right off NH-17 at Kottara Chowki. Being near the highway means there is always a lot of dust and noise, but it is great for logistics. At Ideal Icecream, we deal with a lot of cold storage and making sure our products don’t melt before they reach their destination. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it is functional. Inside, we have our cooling units and a small area for the staff to take breaks. It gets very busy during the summer months, as you might expect. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the temperature and the delivery schedules. Sometimes the trucks are late or a machine needs a quick fix, and we just handle it as it comes. It is a very physical job. Most of us are on our feet for a good part of the day. We have been at Kottara Chowki for a long time, and the locals know us well. We don't have a corporate office in some big city; we are right here where the actual work happens. It is a bit loud and messy sometimes, but we like the fast pace. Dealing with ice cream keeps things interesting, especially when the weather is hot and everyone is looking for something cool. We just try to keep the machines running and get the deliveries out on time.
