Dsouza And Associates is based out of Cilsh Apartment, right at the start in unit 001. We are located on Paduvinangadi Road, which most people just call Airport Road here in Bondel. It’s a good spot because it’s a bit away from the main city rush but still easy to get to. We are directly opposite the England Vincture Building, so that’s what we tell people to look for when they’re lost. Being on the ground floor makes things simple for everyone. The apartment building is fairly quiet, which helps us focus on our work. We’ve set up our office to be functional rather than pretty. There are plenty of shelves and a few old desks we’ve had since we started. Most of the people working here are locals from the Bondel or Kavoor area. We know the neighborhood well and have seen it change over the years. Our workday usually involves a lot of phone calls and sorting through documents. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or a lobby with a fountain. It's just a front door and a room where we work. We usually have the fan going full speed because of the Mangalore heat. If you walk in, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a project or debating where to get lunch from. It’s a humble place, but it serves its purpose. We just aim to stay busy and keep things moving along without making any big scenes about it. That's how we run things.
