You can find Dinesh Shet Assosiates on the ground floor of Punja Arcare. We are right on KS Rao Road, which is pretty much the heart of Mangalore. Being so close to City Centre means there is always something happening outside our windows. It's a convenient spot because people can just drop in while they are out doing their shopping or running errands in town. The office is straightforward. We have been in this building for some time and everyone around here knows us. We don't spend much on fancy decorations or big signs. The ground floor location is helpful because nobody has to climb stairs or wait for the elevator, which is nice when you're in a hurry. Our team is small and we’ve mostly lived in Mangalore our whole lives. We talk to each other in a mix of languages and there is always a flask of coffee somewhere on a desk. Dealing with paperwork and meetings takes up most of our time, but we try to keep things relaxed. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic from KS Rao Road, but you get used to it after a week or two. It feels like a real local workplace where things actually get done without a lot of fuss. We keep our hours regular, though we might stay late if a project is dragging on. It's just a normal office run by normal people trying to do a decent job for the folks in Mangalore.
