Ardex Endura (India) Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Khatija Apartment here in the Bunder area. Our specific door number is 20/2/174/29/2 on Azidduddin Road, near the Darbar Complex. Even though we are a private limited company, the office feels more like a local hub for those of us working here. We deal with building materials like adhesives and tile chemicals. The Bunder area is always busy with trade, and Azidduddin Road is no exception. It’s a lot of coming and going all day long. We have a small staff in the office and some guys in the warehouse nearby. The apartment building where we are located is a bit of a landmark for people who come to see us. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or big ads. Most of our work comes from people in the construction trade who know the brand and just need to pick up their supplies. It gets quite humid here being so close to the port area, so the fans are always running in the office. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with sites and making sure the right products get to the right places. It can be a bit chaotic during the peak season when everyone is trying to finish their projects before the monsoon starts. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily paperwork.
