Our company, Japcul Style Pvt. Ltd., is based in the Yeyyadi Industrial Estate. We are at G9, Door No. 5-83/2. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by all kinds of other businesses, from small workshops to bigger warehouses. It’s a very functional place. There are no gardens or fancy entrances here. Just concrete buildings and a lot of movement. We focus on garment styles and manufacturing. The space we have is mostly taken up by sewing machines and cutting tables. It can get quite loud during the middle of the day when everyone is working. We don't have a dedicated sales team or a fancy office for meetings. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just come to the factory floor. We’ve been in Yeyyadi for some time and we like the location because it’s easy for the trucks to come and go. The humidity here in Mangalore can be quite high, so we have to be careful about how we store the fabrics. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't put out brochures or anything like that. Most of our orders come from regular clients who have been with us since we started. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the quality stays the same. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound like anything else.
